why?
"why" is one of my favorite words – thank you, simon sinek.
this word is a basis for wonderful discussion, and when understood, has the potential to change lives (think ‘disrupt’).
it is your responsibility to become aware of what you can offer, how you can offer it, when it is most useful, and what it is useful for.
your ability to respond comes from your compassionate intelligence that uniquely guides you to deliver positive outcomes.
““He who has a ‘why’ can endure any ‘how’.””
the above quote by german philosopher mr. nietzsche is a powerful truth.
knowing your why is an important first step in figuring (feeling) out how to achieve the goals that excite you and create a life you enjoy living (versus merely surviving!).
indeed, only when you know your ‘why’ will you find the courage to take the risks needed to get ahead, stay motivated when the chips are down.
you then move your life onto an entirely new, more challenging, and more rewarding trajectory.
